Parts Washers: Lean-Jet Rotary Basket (RB-1 & RB-2)

Designed to fit into your cellular work area or the smaller production environment, the Lean-Jet Rotary Basket cleans using our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion, and heated blow-off drying. The Lean-Jet is designed to be equipped with ultrasonics if desired.

Ransohoff's Immerso-Jet immersion cleaning process is superior to other cleaning systems because only filtered wash and rinse solution enters the cleaning chamber. Your cleaned parts are never subjected to the dirty, unfiltered wash/rinse solutions associated with turbulated dip tank style systems.

Making a precision wash system this small takes innovative design ideas and forethought. As a result, the engineering, reliability and rugged quality you expect from Ransohoff's larger machines are built into this little workhorse.

Parts are processed in the industry standard Kadon style basket (18" x 12" x 6") every 10 minutes*. The standard basket can safely handle a wide variety of parts. Although if needed, a basket can be provided with fixtures, compartments or compression lid to hold your delicate parts during the cleaning process.

Introduced in 1998 our latest generation sports improved loading and unloading ergonomics with new style access door. The entire unit has been thoughtfully engineered and manufactured from the ground up to be flexible, durable, simple to use and easy to maintain.

Cellular based machine footprint through the use of a single wash, rinse and dry chamber. (3 ft. wide x 5 ft. deep x 5'-3" height machine footprint.)

Fully automatic operation and seven day timer - Base machine is fully customizable (sequence times and temperature) and has the ability to store up to 3 separate user programs. In addition, the 7-Day timer will ensure the wash/rinse tanks are heated and ready to go when you are.

Totally enclosed self-ventilating process - operator is not exposed to vapors or mists found in other cleaning processes.

Cross contamination or "carryover" of expensive wash solutions is minimized by our unique divert drain system which handles inter-stage solution management. This feature is combined with quick release drain actuators that rapidly discharge contaminant-laden solution to the tanks and away from your clean parts.

The entire unit has been thoughtfully engineered and manufactured from the ground up to be flexible, durable, simple to use and easy to maintain.

Standard Features

*10 minute recommended cycle time is based on lab test cleaning of various parts and can be reduced depending on your part shape, load density, contaminant loading and the cleanliness/dryness specification.

LEAN-JET Rotary Basket (RB-2)

The Lean-Jet Rotary Basket Washer (RB-2) will clean and dry your most difficult parts at the rate of up to Twenty 18" x 12" x 6" baskets per hour.
This washer utilizes our patented "triple action" cleaning process - high impact spray, hydraulic purge and high energy bath agitation, as well as an efficient high pressure - high velocity air dry-off all in a compact 4'-9" wide x 8'-9" deep machine footprint.
