Ransomatics are our largest standard cabinet type spray washers
with rotating turntables, designed for low volume, batch cleaning
operations. They require minimal maintenance, have rugged construction,
and possess superior cleaning capabilities.
Ransomatics are available in
turntable sizes from 36" to 60", and have standard work heights (over
the turntable) equal to the turntable diameter, with optional heights
to meet the requirements of your process. Stationary table and pass
through versions are available as well. The Ransomatic can be easily
customized to suit your specific part application and loading and
process requirements while retaining the cost-effectiveness of a standardized
product.
Our smallest and newest workhorse is the Cell-Jet Wash System. The Cell-Jet spray washer cleans using a washing/flushing process of high pressure/high flow spray impingement with compressed air blow-off drying.
