use the basic design of the ProClean Drum and modify it to meet your
needs. If we need to design outside of the scope of the ProClean line
we can draw upon our database of over 90 years of building industrial
parts cleaning systems.

Heavy Duty Drum Construction - our drums are constructed to provide
years of continuous operation. The internal components of the drum
including the helix are welded solid with all edges and welds ground
smooth to eliminate the potential for part hang-ups or damage.
Running Tracks and Support Rollers - the rotating mechanism is the
key to overall performance and longevity in our drum washers. Ransohoff
uses proprietary heavy steel running tracks and hardened steel support
rollers and bearings. The entire trunnion assembly is easily adjustable
for alignment and wear.
Variable Speed Drive - adjustable on the fly or set via program to
allow user to adjust drum rotation speed/production rate.
Removable Bolt-on Upper Housing - easily and quickly removed for drum
access.
Solution and Blow-off heating options - steam, gas or electric heat
is available
A wide variety of drum diameters, lengths, perforation sizes, drum
coatings and helix spacing designs are available to handle your cleaning
or parts finishing application.
