Lean-Jet Indexing Table

Designed to fit into your cellular work area or the smaller production environment, the Patented Lean-Jet Indexing Table cleans using high pressure spray wash, rinse and heated high pressure - high velocity blow-off drying. The Lean-Jet Indexing Table will clean small to medium size parts on a continuous basis at high production rates using a common load/unload access vestibule.

How this new Patented Technology works:
The operator loads dirty parts into the basket. The machine indexes the parts into the wash stage. As the machine indexes, parts move into the rinse stage, the drying stage and a load of clean parts emerges from the drying stage into the load/unload area. During the continuously operating cycle the machine table indexes similar to the movement of hands on a clock. As the table turns the basket or fixture is rotating independently of the table rotation thus allowing for all surfaces of the parts to be addressed with spray or drying air.

Fully automatic operation - Base machine is fully customizable (sequence times and temperature) and has the ability to store up to 3 separate user programs.

Totally enclosed self-ventilating process - operator is not exposed to vapors or mists found in other cleaning processes.

Stainless steel, heavy duty welded construction will endure a lifetime of continuous usage in the industrial environment.
