Ransohoff's line of multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning systems offer multi-stage ultrasonic
cleaning capability in a unitized system. Process steps typically
include ultrasonic cleaning, single or multiple stage rinsing and
finally, drying.
Standard Aquarius console systems are available in 3, 4 and 5 station
configurations with a tank capacity of up to 60 gallons. Automated
transfer of workloads up to 200 pounds is provided by a robotic arm
type material handling system.
Larger capacity and custom systems with and without automation are
readily configured using ATLANTIS modular components.

Ultrasonics, called CRAM Technology.
CRAM Technology is a set
of generator parameters that drive an array of transducers to produce
sweeping frequency sound waves that have no single frequency component.
A single frequency can excite a part into a high amplitude vibration
if it is at a resonance frequency of the part. This vibration can
result in a fracture in the part. With the elimination of all single
frequency components by CRAM,
no resonant vibrations are possible.
shieldSONIK Technology
shieldSONIK is the first true, constant power,
three frequency generator. When matched to our unique universal transducer,
this device offers the process engineer a new degree of freedom through
the ability to select cavitation event size. Since the smallest structure
you can affect is determined by the minimum size of the bubble, your
cleaning results are optimized when your process includes lower frequencies
for removing larger particles, and higher frequencies for removing
sub-mircron particles.
