What Makes PRO-SEP Unique?
The Pro-Sep System employs its patent pending
oil collection and discharge 
tube
to minimize the amount of collected oil necessary to effect discharge.
Unlike conventional oil separation devices, the Pro-Sep allows the
oil to be collected for discharge in a much smaller volume and then
discharged from the system more rapidly. The benefits realized are
a significant reduction in the potential for bacteria growth within
the separation tank while also allowing collected oil to discharge
with much less in the way of encapsulated water residual. In addition,
the design of the system allows the user to adjust the amount of
oil being retained within the collection tube to adjust for various
oils with differing specific gravities.
A uniquely designed floating collection (pick-up)
device is also included which mounts directly in the wash tank of
the parts washer. This device provides high volume skimming of the
solution bath surface while automatically compensating for fluctuations
in bath level.

The patent pending PRO-SEP Ultra unit is a fully integrated,
point of use aqueous parts washer recycling system that's designed
to significantly extend cleaning solution life and greatly minimize
solution haul-away and maintenance expense while ensuring optimal
performance in part cleanliness quality and consistency.

Unique?
The PRO-SEP Ultra has a highly effective free oil control and removal
capability and an optimally integrated disk type ultra-filtration
membrane for emulsified oil and fine particulate removal. Also,
included is an in-line reverse osmosis (RO) membrane which provides
R/O quality water for make-up to the parts cleaning system which
further enhances this process.
This unique combination of free oil control, emulsified oil/fine
particulate removal and R/O water treatment affords significant
