The Immerso-Jet Midi and HC-series parts washers are designed to fit into your cellular work area or the smaller production
environment. These systems clean using
our patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement,
hydraulic purging through immersion, and heated blow-off drying. Our
patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with
internal bores and passages. The Immerso-Jet part washing machines are also designed to be equipped with ultrasonics if desired.
Standard Immerso-Jet part washing systems can process from 2, 4, 6, or 8 baskets
per cycle. Parts are processed in the Kadon style
basket, which is industry standard, designed to hold and protect your delicate parts during the
entire cleaning process.
These machines are flexible, durable, simple to use and easy to maintain because they have been thoughtfully engineered and manufactured from
the ground up.
Features of this machine include fully automatic operation. Our base part washing machines are fully customizable (sequence
times and temperature) and have the ability to store multiple user
programs.
Another feature is the totally enclosed self-ventilating process where the operator is not exposed
to vapors or mists which are often found in other cleaning processes.
Cross contamination of wash solutions are minimized by our unique
divert drain system which handles inter-stage solution management.
This feature is combined with quick release drain actuators that rapidly
discharge contaminant-laden solution to the tanks and away from your
clean parts.
Stainless steel, heavy duty welded construction of these parts washers will endure a lifetime
of continuous usage in the industrial environment.
