HT-Series
The HT Series of bench top ultrasonic cleaning tanks is used for
basic cleaning applications as well as a laboratory environment
for testing purposes. The smallest of the single tank products,
these tanks are commonly used in cleaning process development prior
to purchasing a larger, automated cleaning system.
These tanks can be mounted into a customer's existing countertop
for custom installation.
CH-Series
The CH Series of ultrasonic cleaning
tanks incorporate many of the features used in our multistage line
of cleaning systems in a convenient single tank module. The ultrasonic
cleaning tank is housed in a stainless steel frame with stainless
steel panels and a convenient lift-off panel on the front of the
console for access to plumbing valves, ultrasonic generator, and
electrical enclosure.
All electrical controls are mounted on an ergonomically designed
control panel on the front of the console with a drip-protected
recess. The tank comes equipped with standard features such as thermostatically
controlled electric heat, leveling feet, and 40 kHz ultrasonics.
ATLANTIS Series
The ATLANTIS Series of tanks is for much larger applications where
tank sizes start at 200-gallon capacities and can be custom built
to just about any size. Equipped with stainless steel immersion
heaters and ultrasonic immersibles, these tanks can be provided
with many options to meet any cleaning demand.
ATLANTIS tanks are commonly combined into a complete system with
automatic material handling for many applications and are available
as wash, rinse, or dry stages.
Single Tank Options
All of the above single tank configurations can be equipped with
many optional features including:
| - particulate filtration |
- overflow weir |
| - sparger for oil removal |
- spray over immersion |
| - metered chemical feed |
- automatic liquid level control |
Any ultrasonic frequency combination can
be equipped on these tanks as well, including the award winning
multiSONIK generator which can be incorporated into the system with
a PLC controller for custom tailoring of the ultrasonic frequency,
times, and power control for any specific cleaning process.
