the whole cleaning process meets your toughest cleanliness

The Ransohoff Technical Center has the capability of utilizing
a wide range of cleaning processes including; spray, immersion,
turbulation, agitation, ultrasonics, high pressure, etc. These
processes are available in actual production equipment not
just in a laboratory environment to ensure that the equipment
selected will work just as well in production as in the testing
stage.
In addition to developing the
optimum cleaning process we are also able to quantitatively
verify that the process meets the required cleanliness specifications.
Cleanliness verification is performed in our certified clean
room using gravimetric, surface analysis and partical count
cleanliness testing equipment.
